Who we are
We have been providing professional physiotherapy since 1989. Our clinic is located at the Chris Moody Centre, Gate 4, Moulton College, Pitsford Road, Moulton NN3 7QL. This is a purpose built facility and provides our patients with modern individual treatment rooms, easy access, good car parking and extensive up to date facilities including a full equipped gymnasium and hydrotherapy pool. The facilities are inline with all medical health insurance company standards, providing a good standard of care in professional surroundings.
Our physiotherapists have all undergone additional postgraduate training to specialise in manual therapy, sports injuries,muscle imbalance or biomechanics. Registered with the Organisation of Physiotherapists in Private Practice and recognised by all major health insurance companies we receive referrals from consultants, GPs and self referrals. Our team of highly qualified and experienced Physiotherapists are members of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy and the Health Professions Council. We provide the very best service to our clients through skilled assessment and treatment of a wide range of conditions and with our close links with school sports clubs we continually promote health in sport.CONTACT US
Meet Our Team
Julie RudkinMSc MCSP Grad Dip Phys Dip TP Cert Ed
Julie qualified from the Middlesex Hospital, London in 1978. After passing her MACP exams specialising in manual therapy Julie worked as a lecturer at The Middlesex School of Physiotherapy and as a clinical tutor for the MACP. She graduated from Kings College, London with an MSc in Human and Applied Physiology and has lectured on the MSC musculoskeletal course at University College Hospital.
Julie has worked in all fields of physiotherapy. While she was in London she worked at the Princess Grace Hospital, King Edward VII Hospital and Harley Street Clinic and London Clinic gaining a large experience in post operative orthopaedic patients and cardio thoracic patients. During her time at the Middlesex Hospital she developed her clinical status in Hydrotherapy and outpatients and worked in all rotations on the wards covering all aspects of physiotherapy.
Recently she has developed her clinical interest in spinal problems treating neck and back patients working closely with local orthopaedic surgeons. She has a special interest in adolescent injuries, all sports injuries especially skiing, riding, rugby and cricket and spends a large part of her caseload assessing patients and referring them if necessary to orthopaedic consultants. She has a special interest in postoperative orthopaedic surgery, rehabilitation and lower limb injuries. She works closely with Pilates Instructor Tina Sheridan and Podiatrist Karen French who worked at the clinic when it was at East Haddon.
Sue HayesMSc MCSP Grad Dip Phys
Sue qualified from St Thomas’ Hospital School of Physiotherapy in 1985 and started her career at Queen Mary’s Hospital, Sidcup. She moved to Northampton and worked in the NHS until having children in the early 90’s when she moved into private practice. She combined motherhood and working part time with studying for a Masters in Sports Therapy at Manchester Metropolitan University, having developed an interest in Sports Medicine while providing physiotherapy cover at Northampton Saints Rugby Team. She has subsequently been involved with physiotherapy for her son’s rugby team at Towcestrians and at school. She now has a daughter studying Physiotherapy at University!
